We make our buns with organic butter and milk from Rørosmeieriet, fresh eggs from Galåvolden Gård, and typo 00 (DOP) flour, ensuring a soft and delicious brioche with a deep flavor.
The sweet and sour red cabbage salad combines roasted walnuts, dried apricots, cherry syrup, sherry vinegar, and kombucha, offering a rich, sweet and sour side.
Our tarragon mayonnaise is created with a blend of white wine, chardonnay vinegar, shallots, and tarragon, before emulsified with rapeseed oil and egg yolk for a smooth, flavorful touch.
Last but not least, our sweet pickles made from organic cucumbers pickled in sugar, apple cider vinegar, dried dill, and mustard seeds, adds a delightful tang to your sandwich.
