About Us
New Door, Same Standards.
Three sandwiches and a black door with no name. That's how it started. A ghost kitchen and a stubbornness about doing things properly.
Torggata 21 is our way of finally inviting you in.
Whole ducks and sides of pork arrive in our kitchen. Every cut finds a dish, every bone finds a stock. Nothing leaves without purpose. Our brioche is baked fresh every day. Our wine is chosen with the same obsession we put into everything else.
We're not trying to be fancy. We're just (still stubbornly) trying to be unreasonably good at familiar food.
